Alan L. Ulch, Inc. was founded by Alan in 1971. A family business, the company began as residential builders and added commercial construction about 25 years ago. Ulch became a Ceco Builder in 1994 and current serves on the President’s Advisory Committee.
With 12 employees, eight of whom are in the field, Alan L. Ulch, Inc., stays busy on both the residential and commercial sides. The company likes the speed of construction with Ceco buildings and the necessity for fewer sub-contractors. As general contractors, they work in both steel and concrete, plus they have an independent structural steel company and a kitchen and bath cabinet division.
Alan L. Ulch, Inc., has been honored for purchasing two million dollars in steel from Ceco.
