26 Apr NCI’s 2018 Annual Sales Award Winner
Outstanding sales performance is critical to NCI and Ceco’s continuation as being an undisputed leader in the metal building industry. NCI recognizes its outstanding sales performers once a year at an Annual Sales Award Dinner with NCI leadership. There is a President’s Club Sales Award Winner recognized from each brand and an overall single NCI CEO Award Winner amongst that group. The NCI President’s Club Award Winners are selected based on outstanding sales performance in FY2017 while also leading the way in demonstrating NCI’s Core Values. Ceco District Sales Manager Adam Posey was awarded both the President’s Club Sales Award and the distinguished honor of the CEO Award. Don Riley, President and CEO of NCI, and James Metcalf, NCI Board Member, are pictured with Adam Posey.
Bill Coleman, NCI’s President of Buildings, was present at the Awards Dinner (but not pictured) and commented on Adam’s hard work, “I am extremely proud that Adam has been awarded the CEO Sales Award in recognition for his efforts. He displays a winning attitude that his builders find refreshing in today’s business environment. He is providing valued support and expertise that is positioning his success in the PEMB market.”
Don Riley also gave a congratulatory statement. “At our annual Sales Awards dinner, we were very pleased to acknowledge the outstanding sales performance of Adam Posey from Ceco. While 2017 was a challenging year for NCI and the marketplace, the contributions made by Adam came to the forefront, as he demonstrated strong revenue and margin growth, while creating an exceptional customer experience,” said Don Riley. “Outstanding sales performance is critical to NCI’s success and the realization of our vision to be the undisputed leader in our industry.
