10 May 2017 Presidents Advisory Council (PAC) Meeting
The 2017 Presidents Advisory Council (PAC) Meeting was held March 1-4 at the Inn on the prestigious Biltmore Estate. Situated in the Blue Ridge Mountains of Asheville, N.C., the picturesque venue offered an accessible meeting location mixed with relaxed elegance and outstanding hospitality.
The purpose of this council is to define and refine what makes Ceco the best possible team to its builders. The first day’s meeting centered on new happenings at Ceco as well as NCI and Metl-Span. We also introduced the Voice of the Customer program we’ll be rolling out later this year in an effort to create a better customer experience for you. Further discussions included steel pricing and market trends. The second day of breakout meetings centered on the builder’s communication back to Ceco and NCI about how we can make improvements to better our service to you.
President Tim Schrock reiterated the significance of this event, “Our success is determined by the success of our Builder organization and we left this meeting with a list of items that can be beneficial to the long term success of all involved.”
Look for continued updates from Ceco as we work to accomplish a number of items from our PAC members
