Congratulations to our Ceco Project Award Winners!

The votes are in! Over the past few weeks, Ceco PAC members and employees have been voting for their favorite entries into the Ceco Project Awards. These winning projects were selected based on the attractiveness of the exterior, skill of construction and effective use of Ceco products and components. We are excited to announce the following projects as winners!

Albemarle Theater – Revelle Builders of NC, Inc.

 

The Albemarle Theater is a movie theater in Elizabeth City, NC built by Revelle Builders of NC, Inc. The theater is comprised of a single-slope multi-span frame and mezzanines. Approximately 30,000 square feet of Double-Lok® panels in Galvalume Plus® were used for the roof system. For the wall system, the builder chose CF Architectural, CF Mesa, Santa Fe, Striated and PBR panels. Additionally, Ceco mezzanine was used to house the theater projectors and storage.

Bluegrass Sportsplex – Nett Construction Co., LLC

 

Bluegrass Sportsplex is an indoor events and sports facility serving the city of Elizabethtown, KY and surrounding areas, constructed by Nett Construction Co., LLC. The facility’s roof system is comprised of 85,000 square feet of BattenLok® HS and Double-Lok® standing-seam metal roof panels, in Colonial Red and Galvalume Plus®, respectively. The facility’s wall system includes the AVP Panel, PBR Panel and ShadowRib™ Panel in Ash Gray, Polar White and Charcoal Gray, respectively.

Redline Plastics – Hamann Construction Company

 

Redline Plastics, a plastic manufacturer for a variety of industries based out of Manitowoc, WI, moved into their new facility in November 2019. The new facility, built by Hamann Construction Company, utilizes a rigid frame multi-span frame as well as multiple interior mezzanines. Double-Lok® standing-seam metal roof panels in Galvalume Plus® were used for the roof system, and reverse-rolled PBR panels in Ash Gray were selected for the wall system.

YMCA of Washington County – Carl A. Nelson & Company

 

The YMCA facility in Washington County, IA is the area’s newest recreational center. The new 34,500 square foot facility uses a single-slope multi-span frame, along with mezzanines. CF Architectural panels in Slate Gray and 7.2 panels in Ash Gray were selected for the wall system. The builder, Carl A. Nelson & Company, and owner selected a pre-engineered metal building for the new facility as is it a more cost-effective solution than conventional construction.

Congratulations to our winners! Winning projects will be featured in Ceco’s 2021 calendar, in Ceco’s website, and other marketing materials. Winning builders will receive a plaque for themselves and one for their customer, as well as a special gift!
