We basically act as a team. It’s not me, it’s not them, but we work together. We can make it happen. When I started in business, I was not a Ceco dealer, but I knew right away that I wanted to be one. A long-time a district manager for Ceco, and I called him and he said, “Why do you want to be a Ceco dealer?” And I said, “Because you’re the best.” And so that was in 1985 and I’ve been a Ceco dealer ever since. 33 years.
Buildings started out fairly simple when I started. We saw a lot of boxes. It’s not like that today. We do masterpieces now. We try to make it as nice as the customer wants and can afford. I’ve never taken any project to Ceco that we couldn’t make it work. They make my job easier each and every day. We don’t have problems. We have situations, and we make them work. That’s what I like. I mean, I’ve never asked them to do anything that we couldn’t accomplish. As I said at the beginning, we’re a team. They want me and I want them, and so that’s the way we’re going to keep it.
