25 Jul Featured Project: Smart 72
Smart 72 is an HVAC Contractor in San Luis Obispo, Calif. Ceco and builder Cal Valley Contractors teamed up on the new offices for Smart 72. Previously located in an older building, Smart 72 was in need of something new for their growing company. The new building contains offices, a showroom and an onsite sheet metal shop. The project’s building utilized a BattenLok HS standing seam roof and a mixture of ShadowRib and PBR wall panels. The building size totaled 14,679 feet and took 7 months to complete.
