Steve Dascher has been a Ceco team member for 20 years. He has held several roles in increasing capacities including as a Drafter, Project Manager, Continuous Improvement Manager, IMP Business Development Manager and Strategic Pricing Manager. Steve holds his Bachelor in Business Administration, with a focus in Management, from Iowa Wesleyan University.
